• Expertise in Automated Software Quality Testing & Manual Testing of Web based and Client - Server applications.
• Excellent analytical skills for understanding the business requirements, business rules/processes and detailed design of the application.
• Good Experience in Web Technologies in Web forms using Java, Webservices, XML and REST.
• Experience in coordinating and engaging teams for different phases.
• Expert in conducting various testing types like Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Browser Compatibility Testing, End-to-end Testing, and performance Testing.
• Experience in Product Development and Healthcare Domain.
• Expertise in Process management using Quality center to Document test cases and conduct triage meetings to resolve issues.
• Extensive experience in ADA validation, Voice Over and Screen reader to ensure WCAG compliance.
• Expert in executing Selenium automation scripts written in Java.
• Experience in Technical writing Skills with hands on experience creating Businesses Requirements, functional Specifications, Mapping Documents-R Diagrams, Test Plan,Test Scripts and Status Reports.
• Extensive experience in reviewing Business Requirement Documents, Software . Requirement Documents and preparing Test Cases, Test scripts and Execution.
• Expert in Defect Reporting and Tracking using JIRA
• Preparation of Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Strategies and Test Effort Estimation.
• Excellent skills in Database Testing. Experience in Testing Incoming Data values and outgoing data value with queries, stored procedures, functions, and joins.
• Expertise in automated testing Frameworks using SoapUI, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, TestNG, JUnit, and JMeter.
• Experience in testing Web Applications with Java, XML, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, MongoDB, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience in Mobile App testing on Android, iPad and iPhone, emulator, simulator to perform mobile App testing, phone functionality and native app testing.
• Proficiency in customization & implementation of Web Applications.
• Strong Experience in Agile Methodologies, Scrum Methodologies.
• Proficient in continuous Integration testing using Maven, Jenkins, and GIT.
• Ability to develop complicated SQL script for Data validation testing by running SQL script, procedures.
• Experience in Black box testing with a complete QA cycle - from testing, defect logging and verification of fixed bugs.
• Well versed in GUI application testing, Database testing and Front-end testing.
• Escalate the issue to the management based on the criticality of the complaint.
• Make sure to follow with the concerned engineer to understand the root cause analysis of the issue is identified and required actions are taken accordingly.
• Responsible for managing tasks from multiple projects and prioritizing the tasks per the requirements.
• Make sure that all the investigations are closed timely and accurately. Use various skills from project management and lean manufacturing principles to understand the process Create Value stream map for the entire end to end process
• Take strategic decisions on the process and communicate with the management
• Responsible for standardizing the process by using strategic decision-making skills
• Creation of work instruction and reducing the process variation. Investigate the internal procedures and make sure that all the requirements and steps of the process are captured in the current Work instructions.
